2. My account is banned, but I don't know why. How can I find out the reason?A: You can contact the Help Desk at:

3. Why hasn't my VIP level upgraded? A: The VIP level will be upgraded automatically in 24 hours, after you've credited the TQ Point Card that met the required amount. Simply wait until that time on the next day, and you will have upgraded to the next level.
4. Can I change my character name or move my character to another server?A: Character names cannot be changed once they are chosen, unless there is a server merge and you have the same character name as a character on the other server. In this case, you will get a chance to change the name.
